On Friday, August 12, Cardinal Seán O’Malley of Boston celebrated the Daily Mass at the CatholicTV Network’s Chapel of the Holy Cross in Watertown. During the Mass, Cardinal O’Malley blessed the pontifical insignia (the ring, crozier, and miter) for Bishops-elect Mark O’Connell and Robert Reed. In addition, the bishops-elect made the Profession of Faith and Oath of Fidelity.
